I've had my MINI since March and have not received any correspondence from MINI. I expected a survey or at least some kind of acknowledgment/thank-you? Seems kind of odd...Just curious.

 

I was told that the CS servey was random and the not everyone receives it. I got an email and an online site that I filled out regarding my experience with my dealer.

 

I got my MCS in Nov of 03 (04 model). Since then I have gotten a MINI cup (orange), 2 kits that include a journal, some cards, a pen, a BINGO style game, and a few other things. Seems like there was something else that I got in the mail....

 

I have gotten the same. MCS only 7 weeks old.

Go to MINI USA's website & send them a message that you haven't got any of the free stuff. That usually get's it started. I kept getting things for months after I bought my MINI in March 03. I kind of miss it. I still get correspondence from my dealer & MINIUSA however.
