2002 r53 cooling issues
This might not be the place to be discussed but here it goes:
2002 r53 with 51,000 miles
I bought the car about 6 months ago and it was bone stock besides air ride. I bought the car as a toy to mess with on the weekends. The car was bone stock performance wise so i decided to do full bolt ons and such.
I started buy putting the stop tech sport break kit and full exhaust on the car along with a 17% pulley, new one piece crank pulley, 380cc injectors and ddm intake and meth injection.
I also wanted the car to be totally reliable, so i chanced all the faulty (known bad gaskets) gaskets such as the valve cover, crank position sensor and the oil pan gasket.
I also replaced the radiator (due to a small hole), along wiht the coolant expansion tank, thermostat and housing and flushed the coolant and replaced the electric fan.
I wanted to replace all the known faulty parts/ issues ahead of time. So i take the car out for the first time the other day and its a blast to drive....unitll I start to smell coolant and the car overheats.
I rechecked everything and it seems that coolant is coming from the expansion tank..Ive pressure tested everything and it all seems fine. I have bleed the coolant system several times and yet the cars coolant still boils over and steams every where.
anyone have any ideas what could be going wrong? Im to the point where im just ready to be able to enjoy the car and this is killing my mood for my mini cooper.

I'm not an expert and I'm sure that there will be members with more knowledge soon and it sounds like you know what you are doing but how are you bleeding the system exactly? There are two bleeder screws, one in the front and the other one that it's hard to see/find by the near thermostat if I remember correctly, also the expansion tank when shouldn't be too high I'm sure that you know this but just in case, i hope that you can solve this problem and enjoy you MINI
From what your saying you've pretty much replaced everything in the cooling system and bleed it. Therefore it should be working if all those parts were good. I'd start by diagnosis and see if anything you just put on is not working or leaking. Make sure you are getting all the air out of the system. If all that is good it has to be something you didn't replace like a cracked head or something.
