Boost - Torque Pro

I was wondering if any of you guys use Torque Pro.

I just got my pulley installed and it shows 11 psi max boost at about 5k RPMs (can't go further as its raining)

Before i had the pulley installed, it showed a max of around 5.5k RPMs(5k RPMs again, i don't redline a lot)

Did it just increase about 5 PSI of boost? Or is the reading incorrect as 5 psi is too low for stock ?

I am not sure I understand your question; before you had the pulley installed you showed 5 lbs of boost and with the pulley you show 11 lbs of boost?

Sounds like it is all working to me.

I have not used Torque Pro but I do use the DashCommand for the Apple and my R53 shows 15.5 lbs of boost.

Yeah sorry i didn't word it correctly, my phone was acting up for some reason.

So i was wondering if superchargers don't get full post until like red line?
my Audi TT used to get full boost around 4k, but on the MINI, it keeps building boost until redline maybe?

So for 15.5 lbs, what rpms were you at?

Mine seems to be in stages around 5lbs in the first stage, then ~10 and in the upper ranges 15 lbs.

So I have to assume that the diverter is letting some of it be wasted depending on RPM and load.

As the Torque Curve is very flat across the range:

I use the torque app, but also have a manual gauge. You should be able to build boost right away, that's the point of a SC!
I can crank it up to 15+ right off the bat...

Could you please record maybe a video recorder (inside the torque app) so i can compare it to mine? Mine starts at vacuum, when i floor it, it keeps building boost 1,3,5,7,9,11 was max i got yet.

I'll see what I can do for ya. Seems a little weird your boost builds like that. You can get a nice boost gauge at harbor freight for under $20. They look almost like mini gauges too.

Be aware, the torque app will only update as the computer sends data via the BT dongle. I've stared at the app for a while, and you'll notice a pulsing green dot. That's the info piece sent. Happens maybe once a second? Little fAster... So, the app does take a sec to update itself.
