I bought a set of bride seats. I took out the passenger seat to see how they look and fit. I unplugged the 3 plugs to get the seat out. When I put the seat back in I plugged them all in but I still have the air bag light on the dash. I realized that the light will always be there with the race seats. Question is, what can I do to get the light to turn off. Do you race seat guys have any suggestions? I was thinking a resistor in the plug. And which plug is for the airbag?

Do a youtube search, there is a video on the 2 resistors and the Diode you put in the connector to trick the system.

Actually here: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=mini+cooper+air+bag+bypass

The only video I can see is for the BMW bypass. Is it the same as that video? And which plug is the airbag on the mini? There is a blue, black and yellow plug. I think it is the yellow one but can someone confirm that?
