Who's car is this? [06 Royal Gray JCW with CF bits in SoCal]

Am interested in picking up this car from a local dealer, but I'd like to hear if anyone knows the previous owner? The dealer doesn't really know much about it, unfortunately...

Haha - maybe it will be mine, I'm having some trouble negotiating with the dealer. It's been a difficult back-and-forth.
