55`` 3d smart TV. But then I had to drive three hours with my knees practically in my chest.

24" old style (CRT) Sony Triniton TV including the HUGE box it came in.
The folks on the loading dock said "no way", but it slipped right in with the rear seats down.

Hahaha it was crazy! I had to slide the passenger seat all the way up, fold the back right seat down and slide the tank there the stand went in the hatch and the supplies were in the front of the seat on the floor while the fish were actually on the front passenger seat. I drove and my brother in law was behind the driver seat lol I then had to drive 50+ miles...it was a pretty uncomfortable trip lol

A 48-by-25-by-18-inch tack trunk. I had to laugh when the kid parked next to me at the barn was complaining about having trouble getting all of her horsey stuff (not even a trunk, mind you) into the trunk of her grandmother's aircraft carrier–sized Cadillac.

Roll around tool box. Upper box in the passenger seat, wheels on the passenger seat floor and the main box in the boot.

Next largest thing was a 50 gallon gas water heater.

Boot closed on both occasions.

I haven't tried to cram too much into my MINI yet, but I did manage to fit a 6.5' pre-lit Christmas tree (not in the box)! Went all the way up to the front seat which was pushed up as far as it could go, was angled, and the stand was up against the boot door.

"Full" size mattress from Ikea (they roll up)

I used to be a carpenter and would regularly transport lumber both inside and on my roof rack. With the rack, I could transport just as much lumber as a pickup truck. I had my rear seats removed and a carpeted "rear seat delete" in place, and all my tools used to ride inside with me as if it were the truck bed. Table saws, a 10" sliding miter saw, pretty much anything would fit.

BTW, I did end up cracking my windshield once when I shut the boot and pushed a piece of wood trim into the corner too far...

I got 2 22" wheels and tires (305/35/22) for my Jeep in there. It was tight but worked.

I fit a 5 cubic foot deep freezer from Home Depot. Measured the box, measured the boot and pulled the trigger.

Kid bringing it out from the store says "okay go ahead and pull your truck around and I'll load it up" -should've seen his face when I pulled up in the r53

Folded rear seats flat, moved front seats forward a bit with backrests 90 degrees. Was a bit uncomfortable but worked with just centimeters to spare!

That was the same verbal response when I pulled my R56 into the UPS loading dock for delivery of the roll around tool box, and I too had the same results
