Which is better? JCW suspension or H&R coilover?

Hi Everyone,
Looking for replacing my suspension.
Would like to get some comments to see which is worth to buy.

I am looking at

1) JCW suspension kit. It is just 10mm lower than the stock R53. I am
sure there will be no problem with it after installation.

2) H&R Coilover (either street or performance version). With this I can
tune it, but does anyone here have this installed? How is it?

If I am getting coilover, I will get camber plate as well. I guess it is
not nessessary for JCW suspension for a camber plate.

Please, leave some comments if anyone had experience on both set up. I would like to know what's different between them.

They are in similar price.

I live in NYC, but it is so tempted to lower the car.

Please, leave some comments.

Thanks all

The only difference will be that one is adjustable and the other isnt. if you have to deal with snow, I woukd probably go coilovers just in case you dont like how low the ride is.
