lug time.... have questions tho

so my r53 is getting a revamp... ordered the lug conversion kit for the hubs. I'm looking for an aluminum red lug but I don't know to get closed or open... short or long. any tips or direct links / ideas?

What conversion kit did you order? Is it a lug bolt to stud conversion? If studs, what is the size; diameter, pitch, and length? Do you use wheel spacers, if so what thickness?

Which rims you get matter too...some rims need tuner lugs (smaller, non std shapes).
General info...
If you got std length studs, closed end is OK...
But if you got longer studs, you will need open ended....

How often do you swap wheels? I like open lug nuts since my studs are fairly long. However, if you're not going to be swapping wheels every weekend try to stick with closed end studs since they'll prevent the open-ended lug from rusting onto the stud. Steel lugs are by far the most durable but the aluminum ones tend to be the blingy colored ones so you might be stuck with aluminum if you're looking for red. Also, which wheels are you running because some wheels (like motegis) require skinnier "tuner lugs".
