I am sure this comes as no surprise to many who follow these boards but I wanted to express my gratitude towards Classic MINI to the NAM community anyway. Over the weekend I took delivery of a new MCS ordered through Classic MINI. I've got to say, the entire transaction, from the days before I ordered through delivery of my car was simply extraordinary. My MA, Julie, was just fantastic about talking to me and answering all my questions. If she was busy or not in and I had to leave a message, I always received a call back.

As someone who was traveling from out of town, I was a bit uncertain as to how this would all work but after my initial contact I was put at ease. Overall, things could not have gone better. When the big day arrived, I was met at the Cleveland airport and given a ride to Classic MINI in style, in a MINI of course. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was sitting inside the showroom all spiffed up and ready to hit the road. Even though this was not my first MINI, Julie made sure that I had to opportunity to ask anything I might need to know. She even took me over to the service department to be sure that all of the programming options that I chose were properly taken care of. I never felt rushed and Julie was there to be sure ever step of the delivery process was done right.

I have bought many, many cars over the years and for the most part the standard car salespeople seem to care nothing about the people, only the sale. All the people at Classic MINI were great and made me feel very special. I know they are in business to make money and a sale is important to them but they really do make you feel more than "just a sale". I was always greeted warmly by the receptioninst when I called; always got to talk to a cheerful, informative, responsive and knowledgable MA; and was even treated warmly by the other MA's when I picked up my car.

If anyone is thinking about going through Classic MINI for a purchase, I would highly recommend them and just can't say enough about my great experience.

Thanks again, Julie! It was great to finally meet you in person.

Ken

I can also attest to the best car buying experience I have ever had having Julie and all of the crew at Classic to work with. I still have another 7 days and counting before I get my new MCS delivered. The one down side to having the cars delivered is that I don’t get to meet Julie in person as you did. Also a big thank you to Chief Charlie for doing much post delivery work so our group can pass the few minor hurdles that come with buying a car out of state, still beats by a long shot waiting months and paying much more for a in state car.

I would recommend for anyone that is going to buy a new MINI don’t waist your time looking at local dealers just give Julie a call and you won’t be sorry.

It is truly amazing that there are so many posts from Classic MINI customers giving similar if not exact comments as you have here. I don’t know how they keep up with the extremely high level of customer service that do for all of their customers, what a great team they have. I only wish that I could go back to them for servicing but Ohio is a bit far from San Francisco. They are truly the standard that all other MINI dealers should be measured by.

Steve

I'd like to put in a good word for Dreyer Reinbold MINI,
located in Indianapolis, Indiana. When it comes
to service, they may be on a par with Classic Mini.

I am treated like royalty when I take my MCS in for
service. I don't want to get them in trouble, by listing
some of the many nice things they have done for me,
but know that they do much more than required.

Some have stated that their dealers treat them as
second class, with preference for BMW owners, not
Dreyer Reinbold.

It is good for all to know that there are some really good
MINI dealers out there.

Godspeed.
