To give you the other extreme of the mileage spectrum, there is a '02 MCS owner here in Florida that has managed to put already 90,000 miles in his car in less than 2 years of motoring!

No clue on history, though from the appearance it was a weekend only car, garaged the rest of the time. It still smelled new, and had no signs of wear anywhere. Add in that it was the color I wanted, with no options at all, perfect for my major mods plans, and I am a happy camper.

Well lets see...5800 miles in eleven months or an average of 579 miles per month. The 03 MCS has low miles, but the miles it does have are quality miles

I just posted 286 miles/month on another thread, however that includes non driving winter months. My commute is 20 miles and it is 2/3 rural Ohio and a third suburbia and a bit of freeway. I LOVE to drive PKT RKT to work (though I should get off my dead *** and change the full hard setting on the rear shocks)

I think mini-t may have you guys beat, except for 2Cool. I believe she has had her car for 11 months and has 2500 miles on her. Of course, her car has been out of service for over 55 days.

While not the most, 21 months and 31,000 miles.

Can I borrow anyone's car for a few months?

3 months and 490MI, I've been driving a winter car (Chevy Prizm- which the lease ended on yesterday) to put the miles on that. Have a van for the next 2 weeks (moving- rental the comp is paying for). So middle May, I begin with my MCS as my "daily driver"...
But then I'm in Switzerland most of June, so maybe in July I'll begin routine motoring??? I drive ~300MI each weekend, but walk to work weekdays... So I'll be squarely in the "1200MI/month club"...

2300 miles in a little over seven months and 500 of that was a trip to the dealer.

Us old folks don't drive much....you know, "it belonged to a little old man/woman who only drove it on Sundays".

That and five vehicles to divide my driving among.

>>I am now defending the War on Terrorism. I defend freedom within the military just so you all can motor the freeways and byways as you wish. I love my job defending freedom, and as long as you all do me a favor and just give me a wave, I'm happy with that!

You and your brothers get more than a wave from me.,,,bar tab, lunch whatever.

Anyhow 8 mos, 3K,, that's only 375 per month,,working out of the house has it's advantages and disadvantages. Even though I have three cars, it's the only one I drive, which tells you how many miles I have put on my other cars ( my wife does drive the suburban).

Got my Mini in October 04' and after 8 months it has 1200 miles on it! That is 150 miles per month average. I take a train to work everyday so the only time I drive the Mini is on the weekends.

Got mine in 1/03, and have 5300 miles on it. Only use it
for pleasure. Never been in rain.

I've had mine for exactly 6 months and have only 28,000 some miles. The reasons are I kept it garaged all winter days when the roads weren't clear. That's almost zilch where I live. I don't usually drive it to work because I park among crazed college students (no offense crazed college students). I have a Saab that's perfect for those roles. But now that spring is here I am looking forward to some long trips etc.

Yes, I admit to being an overprotective owner.
