Nice looking scoop. It would be nice to find something like this for around $150 instead of over $200. I don't know why but that price point of over $200 keeps me from buying several items even though they are probably worth it. I think it's because I look at my MINI as a "toy" and have a hard time spending more than that magic $ point. Having said that, I have been looking for a larger scoop because I live in Phoenix where I am getting horrible heat soak and I think this will help that out a lot.

 

m7: Guys I really love all your products having said that, with this particular scoop I'm just not sold on the extra "Vortex generators" on the bottom inlet. (Since its just fiberglass guess i could just shave those down prior to finishing/painting? )

But as always guys keep up the GREAT COMPANY & PRODUCTS!

EDIT: To me personally, someone needs to make "Palo Uber" style scoops (like their large ones & smaller ones based off their type of idea they had going on), that you could then actually buy from a great company like m7! Buying from the other said company is unfortunately impossible . But, I'd be 100% sold on those type of scoop style innovations FWIW !!!

Yes, we have data supporting that claim. I will see if I can find it and post it. We are the new owners of M7 and I need to look through all the data that was given to us when when made the purchase. Thanks!

 

We would love to try to get the price down but with the cost of raw materials and labor going up its very difficult. FYI - this part is quality Made in the USA! This is not junk coming from China or anywhere else. Thank you for the feedback! We will continue to look at ways of reducing the cost if possible.
