R50/53 Accident in My Mini - InvincaShield Saved the Day!
I rear ended someone in my Mini the other day. I hit them going about a little more than 5mph. I was really upset and got out of my car quickly to check out the damage. After reviewing the damage I was quite pleased. I have had the InvincaShield on my car for about a year, and I have truly appreciated what this product has done for me. There was no damage done to the paint on my car, solely due to the Invincashield. The shield was scratched and some pieces would have to be replaced, but absolutely no damage to the underlying paint. This stuff is truly amazing, and in my opinion worth every penny. I do not have any rock chips, scratches or blemishes. I have removed a few pieces and there is no fading to the paint. It appears brand new, just like it was on the showroom floor, even though the car has 25,000 miles. While the Invincashield was primarily put on my car to protect against rocks and other road debris, it is quite nice that it does a very good job of protection in minor fender benders.
By the way there was no damage to the body panels or alignment, so I walked away from the accident with absolutely no damage or cost. I was quite suprised that the bumper wasn't pushed in any, but somehow it held up and rebounded.

Very glad to hear it! I hear so many people that didn't get the clear bra in the beginning say how they wish they had (myself included). I have a second chance and am definitely getting it this time! My PIAA rally lights saved me once- they hit first, flexed, then bounced back- no dammage to either car.
