Can I pop out black bumper inserts and put in chrome inserts? Does this need to

be done professionally or can I do it since there are black ones in place now?

No sure, of course, but in theory they can be removed. If it were me I'd talk to my dealer to get some input to see exactly what and how much adhesive is holding those suckers on. On the other hand, if you're going to trash the black ones, what's the worst that could happen? I expect the old inserts would just become mis-shapened in the removal process. I rather doubt you'd hurt the bumper much. Still, I suggest looking before leaping. Best of luck!
