How do I install this?

http://www.outmotoring.com/mini-coop..._bushings.html

For the lower motor mount, how do I extract the original oem rubber bushing, and how would I get this one in?

I was going to buy a BSH motor mount, but for a fraction of the price, I could get just the inserts and reuse the old hardware. I'll do anything to save half a buck.

Deleted due to error on my part. So sorry for the issues this might have caused.

Remove the two 16s that connect the dogbone to the subframe and sump bracket. Then take a prybar between the sump and the sump bracket and rock the motor bottom-to-front and you'll be able to wiggle out the dogbone. Getting it back in with the poly inserts may require removing the bracket. Take your time, you'll get it.

I just spent more time on google and found this video:

So this insert is to be used over the OEM rubber, NOT in place of it.

New question: If my stock dogbone mount is 8 years old with 100K+ miles on it, will I still benefit from these inserts? or do I need to get a new mount and then get the poly inserts?

It would be IMO better to replace it at the same time. Chances are it the rubber has cracked.

As a general rule: always fix worn or broken parts before installing performance parts. Always.
