brake fluid change.

how much do i need tried lloking around and i see all you need to do a full flush is 500ml then i see you need 1L so how much do i need? how much do i need if i am flushing the clutch too?

One liter will be good enough for a bleed but for a complete flush, 2 liters flushed through should be more then enough to flush it complete. I would use a pressure bleeder to do it. Thats just my opinion.

Concur...1 liter should do it but, tread cautiously and study up b4 you attempt to bleed the clutch slave cylinder. Do it wrong and you'll go through 2 or 3 liters trying to get the air out. The slave piston has to be fully compressed and kept that way while you are bleeding.

ok i bought 2L of super blue, if i dont need all of it ill just leave whats left over for next time or for something else.

Well now you just started something. You are most likely going to hear lots of positives and negatives about this fluid. I have been using it in many cars including my MINI for 2 years with no issues. Others have said they had issues with it ruining seals. So I guess time will tell with yours and I hope you have good luck like I have had.
