p1241 anybody with a bentley manual?

Anybody have a manual they can tell me what that code is and any information that it reveals?

Anybody had that code?

Hi.

You don't need a Bentley manual since the OBD II codes are also on the web. I looked it up and it says the Secondary upstream MAP sensor is too low at load. Not quite sure what that means but maybe that will help.

Yea I dont have access to alldata at home only at work. Thanks though. P1688 and p1241 came on at the same time

P1241 Secondary upstream MAP sensor is too low at load at full load for low engine speed. P1688 Electronic Throttle Control Monitor 2/3 Mass Air Flow Calculation.

Have you had any work done recently? Check the sensor and check for a vacuum leak IMO like the hose going to the fuel regulator. I have seen that cause your code.

Or blown crank pulley possibly lol? Ive smoked tested and boost leak tested with no issues found.

the Libaray on the site you listed the DIY for the waterpump change in 2.5 hrs..the other site has 4 pages of ECU codes,,,,including the MINI specific ones!!
