R50/53 Got my production number - can't decide on color!!!
Thanks everyone for your input.
I'm usually one to trust my initial decisions; however, I was simply floored yesterday when I saw a CR/B MCS near work. I've seen several DS/B MCS since I ordered mine and simply said, "That's my car (w/ smile on face)." When I saw the CR/B MCS yesterday I said, "****! I got the wrong color." And I just couldn't stop staring.
I just haven't seen many CR/B MCS (only other time was when I was preoccupied and not seriously considering a MINI). On the other hand, I've seen many DS/B and DS/W MCS (the first MINI I saw was DS/B) and I've always liked the subtle color combo. The CR/B MCS just has a devilish/classic look to it. While the DS/B has a sleek/well mannered appeal. Tough choice!
I gave it some serious thought last night and discussed it with my wife, dad, etc. They definitely agreed that the troublemaker attitude of the CR/B MCS fit my personality a little better.
So, I've finally decided on CR/B MCS. Now I just have to get a hold of my MA and let him know.
Another benefit is that I was already planning on spending the $400 for DS so now I can get Valentine One...
Thanks again!

>>According to Randy (Webb, Mr. Mod) the BRG's dyno higher than any other color. Wacky but it just might be true.
>>
That is as disgusting a lie as i have ever heard. it is a well known fact that BRG's suck at the dyno........ALERT....this MGCMAN, whoever he is, is probably trying to foist his own BRG on some unsuspecting soul......be forwarned......evil lurks in these places......
