Great experience with Helix in Philly

I needed new control arm bushings for my 2005 S model and found Helix on this site. I am relatively close to Philadelphia, so I decided to treat myself to a day off and get some work done. I booked a friday appointment with them for the bushings and also decided to do the 15% pulley, CAI and rear sway bar. During the initial inspection of the car, they found a few things that needed to be replaced, an engine mount, ball joint and the shock towers had mushroomed. Although this additional work was unplanned, they happily worked well past their closing time to get it done. The work was fantastic and I am loving the mods. The pulley and CAI provide a nice boost in HP and the bushings and sway bar really tightened up the handling. Eric and his staff are fantastic and I will be headed back there soon for some more fun stuff.

Helix has some great products...I have their FMIC on my Gen 2 S.

Some IE fixed camber plates are an absolute must to go with the RSB. Together they are a couple of the best handling mods to make to the car. Also, these will prevent the mushrooming tower tops. Don't know if Helix does them, though.

Enjoy!

Great place, had my pulley installed there. Didn't charge labor to install a new motor mount when one was found to be shot.

Will be back as well!
