I am thrilled to report that Holly is back home with her newly replaced instrament cluster. I hope I'll never have to tow her again! The great news is that I had the dealer add white and black bonnet stripes on her (I got the white stripes with the black trim that they use on the Cooper S.) I also installed her Eurpoean plate. She looks like a brand new gal! I couldn't be happier to have her home again! I'll post pics of the new improved Holly soon!

Good to hear!

Although it was a bit of a sad story overall, I'm also glad to hear that P&W Service seemed to treat you pretty well through all of this. I hope that is their standard level of service (and not them just catering to a pretty young lady
