new owner and enthusiast

hi everyone, im a new owner of an R53 in dark silver metallic. just picked it up last week. im an active member of s2ki.com for my ap1 s2000.

ive been bit with the mod bug for years and already plasti-dipped my headlight rings/scoop/front and mid grill. will be adding the wire mesh shortly. 3m weather tape on the chrome belt line. all chrome must go, fender scuttle and hatch handle next.

overall the car is great, love the way it handles. it has little sounds and rattles here and there that ill need to fix soon and the oem navi(or onboard computer?) has the black screen. just looking for advice in what route to go with that. and the rattle seems to be the harmonic balancer.

hope to be an active member of the forum, seems like a great community. it would be great to be part of two awesome car communities.

Welcome

New Nav unit is expensive

As for the harmonic balancer, we use and recommend the ATI Damper it is the best available.
