Jerk when lifting off accelerator

I've done my searching, but would like to run this by you all.

The car is a 2005 MCS Manual Trans. 62K miles.

When I am at highway speeds, I feel a slight "single" jerk or lurch (not jerking) when I lift off the accelerator. The car is still in gear. I feel the same thing when I get back on the accelerator.

Almost all my searches point to the engine mount being the problem.

However, I do not necessarily feel any excessive vibration at idle nor when the A/C is on.

Has anyone experienced this, and had this solved with new engine mounts?

Thanks.

Look for oil stains on passenger side frame rail. If found, then hydraulic engine mount might need to be replaced. Ours was replaced circa 2010. Noise gone.

I am still trying to fix this in mine, I get it at various speeds. I have replaced my upper motor mount with an OEM mount and the lower motor mount with a BSH mount. The only one left that I have to change are the transmission mount bushings...hopefully that will fix it.

Mine you can see significantly in the seat/accelerator pedal. I get more of a thud than a jerk.
