Earl,
That means you don't get bored silly and fall asleep at the wheel.
Funny, in my MINI I have about a 0.1% chance of falling asleep when I drive compared to a 40% chance of nodding off when driving my old van which I had before the MINI. Ever fall asleep on a roller coaster ride?
My kids say driving with me in my MINI is like going to disneyland without the lines and the safety rails.
Since we don't have Disneyland anywhere close we will have to settle for a ride in Dad's MINI.
The schroth harnesses help.

Our MCS (IndiB,WS,WT) comes in May. I suddenly see the threat of many accessories on my horizon... seat harnesses, radar detector, JCW kit when I make my first real paycheck... it never stops with tihs car, does it?
The trip computer on my '04 MC (2100miles) says that I am getting 24.7mpg average. Of course, I live in Chicago with the stop and start traffic, and you just HAVE to be a lead foot to get anywhere... so... who knows!
