2002 Cooper A/C line leak - bulletin?

Hi all, long time / first(ish) time. Looking at major surgery to my '02, already replaced the bad compressor and now there's a leak in the A/C system, but my mechanic can't seem to find it yet. Recharge in the system each morning is drained by the end of the day.

He mentioned something about there being a bulletin out about the automatics and particular line that may be the issue.. does anyone know anything about such a bulletin?

Thanks in advance

I do remember reading somewhere on here that there is a line that can rub on a wiring harness and chafe, but I don't recall which line, or what it was rubbing on.
Can't you inject a dye into the AC system and find the leak with a black light?

That's the problem, unfortunately. It's been loaded up with dye and he's afraid to put even more in there. He'll charge it in the morning, the compressor kicks in, blows cold.. and then by the next morning, it's bone dry with no trace of a leak evident. It's mind-boggling right now..

He finally found it, leaking by or on the low pressure port. Geez.
