My girlfriend just ordered a New Mini. I have lost her to the Mini World. She first spent hours and hours building one on Mini USA. She had every option and color and I would just ask her if she was going to her factory, because that is all she wanted to do.

Next, she drives one. She was gone. The car had her at drive. She ordered one and now she has pages and pages of all of the cool stuff one can get. She has even asked all of you your opinions on her choices.

Her car will be here in a week. When it arrives, I will never see her.

Question? Are they really "all that?" Is this common?

sleslie, don't fight it. Consider it an infatuation, go with the flow, be willing to discover new things together (my husband is in the same boat you are ), and dive in.
Ya never know, you might like it.

Dude i was in the same boat before she even ordered the mini, She was on a waiting list for like a year or so.

It drove me nuts, to the point where i hated the mini's. Then it got here, and now i love it. and haven't looked back since then.
