r53 making a funny noise

so friday night i was driving my car home from work and it was all well. i drove for about 10 miles as i got to my exit in 6 gear stepped on the brake and started pressing on my clutch to put my car in Null all the lights on my car went on and so i turned it off and tried to start my car. The car would not start i tried giving it a buster and it still did not start. a nice man came along and tried helping me pop my clutch to get the car to start but i did not have any luck with that. after about 30 min the car started on its own with out no push or fuzz. the only problem was when i got the car to start i was hearing a really bad noise coming from the engine bay i drove my car slow to my house and parked it and as i drove it sounded like lose metal and high screeches. today i tried turning on my car and the noise is still their but my check engine is now on the code that came up p0138 has any one seen this happen before could it be my supercharger or my water pump?

Vido here

Sounds like your harmonic balancer/crank pulley went out. Pretty common problem and pretty easy to replace.

Ouch! That's a biggie. Usually when the charger goes out you'll start to overheat too. I would take a peek at the crank pulley just incase when mine died it had the exact same sound as yours but then again supercharger failure sounds the same too.
