If you look closely at the front plate, it says 'Rocketman'. That is a concept car not in production. No telling where those wheels came from.

 

I figured it was either a concept or a full custom job, but those wheels... those wheels.. they must come from somewhere!

 

Those wheels are totally one-off jobs done specifically for that concept car. I'm an automotive designer and that type of custom work is very typical for a show car. There is a chance that these wheels or something looking similar will end up in production, we often will take cues from a show car and re-work the themes with production criteria (in the case of wheels, brake clearance, manufacturing concerns and cost) and put them into production in 2-3 years time. So hopefully we might see some rollers like these when MINI debut the new Cooper next year!
