I was working on my project today. I saw this on the driver side in the side panel. I am guess this is the wiring for the headlight washer system. It is cut.

Anyone care to chime in?

I don't have xennons, but I understand the washer system has a reservoir on that side, so I think you might be on the right track, if your car was equipped with xennon headlights.

I don't think it had headlight washer. I am thinking factory installs them anyway. It does have a pigtail on the other end and this end shown is just cut, so there is no circuit involved here. I cannot find other loose/cut live wire around.

I am going to pull it out and use it for my ambient temperature sensor connector. The connector fits the ambient temperature sensor.

Lol. Guess what folks. It was for the side blinker. I need to buy that connector now. I was wondering why my side blinker was not working. It must have been disconnected somehow.
