JCW Injector O-Ring and Small washer

Ok, so I picked up a set of JCW 380 injectors, got a REALLY unbeatable deal on them, only issue, one of the round washers on the top was mangled and one o-ring ripped. Here is a pick, you can see the washer and the O-ring missing:

My question is, will the O-rings and washers from my Stock injectors work on these or will I have to replace them with new ones from Mini? I haven't called to find out if they sell them seperately or how much they are, figured I would ask here first.

Thanks!

Why would you even think of using any off those o-rings tops to bottoms . You should have the injectors flo benched and hit the dealer and pick up all new o-rings . You can't mess around when it comes to fuel in any forced induction car and who knows how many miles , how dirty or if the tech that installed/removed them butchered up the washers . Unless you know the person you purchased them from and feel confident of the maintenance they give there Mini then just hit the dealer and pick up all new washers . Bring in the injectors as some part guys are lazy and need to see things to find things

I suggest that you replace all the o-rings. You do not want to have a fuel leak and have to pull injectors back out to replace a hard or damaged o-ring. The top and bottom 0-rings are the same P/N 13641437487.

That washer might be hard to find because it is part of the injector and not designed to come off. I am not sure how you can even get the washer off the old injector and installed on the new injector without damaging the washer. Hopefully someone will have a trick for replacing the washer.

I actually do know the guy and the car they came off of, and know that they have low miles. I planned on getting them cleaned and flow tested, I just didn't know if they came with new O-Rings in the process. I actually filled out the form to have them shipped out to be done. I was DEF. going to do that before installation just because, I was just unaware that they replace the o-rings.

As for the washer, I don't know, I am semi worried about that as well, but I will need to figure something out.

Awesome, I really appreciate you asking! I'll call my local dealer now. Any chance they gave you a part number

As for the o-rings... seeing that they appear to be like almost $4 each, I am going to call the place that is going to flowtest and clean them to ensure they are included so that if they aren't, I guess I'll pick up a set of those too... 2 per injector.

Ok so does anyone else know if one of the washers off a stock injector MCS injector will fit onto the JCW injector?

I was able to bend the washer back into shape and get it back on, but I don't know if I trust it 100%.

I am replacing the O-Rings, just not sure what to do about the washer issue, my dealer can't find a part number for it.
