Do a search and you'll find a couple threads about folks who have been having trouble with slow delivery and lack of communication. Appears to be something that really started up over the past 12 months or so. Which is too bad as their product is good quality imo.

Don't bother ordering unless you want your credit card charged immediately and no product, no response to emails and no response to phone calls. 2 months now for me. They need to take their site down or explain you are being charged for what you want but they aren't really going to send it. Its just their way of getting a little extra cash. It there was some response, I'd be okay with delays but, this just makes me mad.

I ordered from them 2 months ago as well, the order generated a message that my payment was being processed, but I checked and it was never charged against my card. I never received any other correspondence from them, and phone calls elicited nothing. I sent an email to cancel the order although I suspect the company has shut down anyway.

If they get three or more 'chargebacks', that is, three or more people telling their credit card that they didn't receive the goods, and they don't resolve it quickly, then their credit card processing services will be suspended. At least, that is the way it was explained to me when I set up processing years ago. Credit card companies don't take that lightly, and it's a good way to lose your ability to do business.

That being said, they may have closed up anyway, but they should take the site down or at least disable the ordering. If they are unable or unwilling to fulfill the orders (or at LEAST respond to customer enquiries to resolve disputes) then they are going to be in big trouble if they ever want to start up again. People have long memories for this kind of thing.

I agree, they should at least disable the ordering page. I re-checked my credit card transactions, and they never charged the transaction to my account, so I assume that initial confirmation email response was automatically generated, but there was no apparent processing of the order. I can only assume they shut down suddenly, and suspect there may be some good reason they did not change their website or ordering procedures. They seemed to have had a good following here, and seemed like they had a reputable business, something must have gone sour pretty quickly for them to have bailed without a word of explanation and no reponse to orders or inquiries. ahhh well, a mystery unsolved at this point.....

I have received responses from them. The order I placed about three weeks ago was shipped out today.

I was just working with my bank this morning to reverse charges for the order I placed in February. Several e-mails to them and a couple of calls with no response. I even went to the website last time to use their e-mail link in case I was sending to the wrong place. Still nothing. If I should happen to get a respone or my order, I will be sure to let folks know but....not a happy camper with them right now. Maybe my order wasn't big enough? I dunno....so frustrating.

Glad you got your order, Zackattack.
