I guess it's ageing, the inner shift boot trim of my 2004 MCS has borken into pieces last night... Any idea where can I get a new one?

Do you mean the black plastic ring that the boot is attached to? It isn't sold separately, only together with the boot. You can order one (or any OEM part) from any MINI dealer, or from a vendor that sells OEM parts. Here's one sourrce: http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/51167052157/ES83158/

Sorry, I was thinking of the outer piece (even though you were clear in your description). I have the og pieces from when I installed my chrome line. Don't have the inner.
