Reminds me of that Judas Priest song....Breakin the Law...Breakin the Law.
Hers came with the bracket installed, mine did not. I just didn't have the heart to drill into the front bumper. I also think it looks "cleaner" without it.
It is the Law here in Wisc, but no tickets yet. I do have the front plate on the bracket in the glove box. Figured I'd try the "just havent installed it yet" line if stopped.
