Was this a fair price for trans rebuild?

Hello all. 120k miles and transmission needed rebuilt. Cost $4300. This replaced bearings (got very noisy), syncro set, seals, fork assembly, fluids/gaskets, disc/pressure plate, fly wheel (ahhhh no more whirring noise) , shifter cables, + grinding, labor and parts. She does sound and feel soooooo much better. Fair price?

Very much a good price. A refurbished transmission is around $3500. Add another 600-1k for a new fly wheel ... labor and the other parts ... nice.
