Hi there ...Mike G. From Albuquerque... Is there anyone from NM here...Since the NM Motoring site is crap I was curious to see who is down for cruises and get togethers?

 

just moved to rio rancho from colorado. I agree with the NM mini site. not much there. count me in for get-togethers and cruises

 

i'm in abq also, although time is limited for get togethers since i'm on the road so much for my biz. a 2010 with over 75K miles- was out of warranty in the first year...but lots of smiling on those NM back roads!

 

I used to live in Portlales.

Do not miss the tumbleweeds or duststorms.

I do miss the Tex-Mex food:(

You folks are always welcome to come drive with your brothers and sisters up North.

We even do rides South so check into the MINI5280 forum here on NAM and look at the calendar as well as the general postings.

Always looking for good rides, so if you come up with something let us know.

I missed this thread before - I'm here!!! :-) I see at least a half dozen different MINIs up and down north 14 every week, so there are a lot of "us" around.

 

Bringing this one back... just moved to ABQ from KS. Even on the shortest of outings I see 2 or 3 MINIs running. If anyone from NM MINI is listening... I'm an amateur webmaster and would love to volunteer time to clean things up.

I've got an '03 MCS (recent purchase as of Feb '15) that was pretty neglected so I've been giving her a lot of time/effort/new parts to bring her to full glory. Just did rotors, DDMWorks intake, backup light switch, AUX in for the radio, "demushrooming" of the strut tower and reinforcement plates, and a bunch of ABS troubleshooting. If anyone is in need of clearing codes (including ABS) for troubleshooting purposes, LMK!

NM MINI... are you guys still alive?

 

We had some people from ABQ at the Inde track near Wilcox, AZ. Only 4 Mini's out of 40 cars, would like to see some more next time in the fall.
