R50/53 Oil in Innercooler piping???

Oil in Innercooler piping???

I am replacing my bypass valve and have to remove the left intercooler pipe and found everything saturated in oil... Is this normal or something bad coming??? Please let me know while it is tore apart now....Thanks

Normal. Might as well clean out the intercooler while apart. Then look into an oil catch can (OCC) for your MINI.

Cool thanks for the input.... Throttle body was gross... I installed a Detriot Bypass valve and let me tell you....It was a pain and involved a few cuss words...And in the process the intake pipe to the super charger came loose so now I have to try and get that put on so I can drive it to work tomorrow...
