M7 or Craven Speed

Have a bit of mushrooming on my '06 s. Those with ACTUAL EXPERIENCE please give me your impressions of either or both so I can make the decision of which to put on my car.

Thanks!!

The ones that go under the strut tower work the best, but are harder to install. I've got the Craven STD's on my R53, but I think either is fine....

Craven speed on a 2002 MC R50

I had a bit a mushrooming so I installed the craven speeds.
Worked good. I had to pound down the mushrooming first though.
Heres some photo's. Excuse the mess, I am in the middle of replacing the clutch.

M7 has larger surface area on the plate. Spreads loading a wee bit better
