A lot of people will tell you to search as this topic has been covered many times.

However, since I'm taking the time to type this I will say that i love my alta cold air intake.

I have the Alta intake on my '04, that I put on when the car was new. I can't say the car is a lot faster because of it, but I love the supercharger whine that I hear through the induction system. The stock system damps it out almost completely.

Either an M7 or DDM Works IMO

Not to blow - ha! - my own horn, but I'm quite pleased with my current DIY set up. Still trying to flog my K&N unit... Want a K&N unit? $150 shipped!

I was going to get the craven speed but WMW talked me into the DDMWorks and I can say I do not regret getting it. I have had it for about 1,000 miles so far and it's been great. Butt dyno says a solid increase and HP and yet again the mention of the awesome supercharger whine.
