R50: removing front bumper chrome trims

Hi guys

I've looked for it but didn't find a thread about my question, in case you find it, I need just a link

I've removed my coop's front bumper in order to blacken the grill and to make the chrome trims the same colour of the car.

my problems are:

-how do I have to do to get the trims off? they are locked with those flaps and I don't know how to get them off

-how is the chrome line of the grill mounted? I just don't manage to get it off, is there an adesive? I didn't go too far 'cause scared of braking it

thanks guys in advance
