Rare? More like medium Rare!
How rare could it be? How many MINIs have been sold? I got one. There was a stack available in the service dept last time I was at my dealer.
Rare? You can bet that if he gets $10 plus shipping for his "RARE" booklet thousands will mysteriously surface.

I went to the dealer yesterday to sign some paperwork and saw a bunch of cool Mini literature in a vending machine. Everything was free so I cleaned house. 
I have enough goodies to keep me entertained for days.
