R50/53 Check engine light came on today...?

Check engine light came on today...?
I was getting on the freeway in the pouring rain, had DSC off and floored it around the corner just to see how much the car would slip.
Anyways, about 30 seconds after I was on the freeway, the service engine light soon came on. Doubt it's related to the DSC but who knows.....I can take the car in to the german repair place on monday, where they can do a free diagnostic, but should I be OK to drive it around this weekend? It seems to be running perfect, no other lights were/are on. I started it up again and the light is still on. This isn't the Inspection #2 at 50-60k reminder, is it?
Ideas? 05 S with almost 49k

The inspection "reminder" will not set a check engine light...
Check to see the code...
It may be a onetime thing...
