No problem, I just wasn't sure if it was supposed to be on all the time when the car is on or only at certain times.

Thanks,

One more question for those who might know..

Is the fan supposed to suck air in or blow air out?

I put a piece of paper underneath to test my fan and it seems to want to suck the paper in.

Is this normal?

Yes, as it is blowing air onto the PS pump, not drawing heat from.

.....the same way the air would be blowing over the pump as the car was moving...the fan simulates that airflow in low speed/stopped situations.
