Hood scoop attachments?

The plastic cages that capture the rear bolts on my hood scoop broke off so I need to repair or replace the scoop, but I can't figure out how to remove it (I replaced it originally myself but now I can't remember how). I have the original scoop...appears to be held on with four bolts. The rear two already have bolts attached...the front of the scoop has plastic cages that appear two capture bolts but there aren't any there, so I have to assume they are in the car.

The back two bolts aren't hard as they are broken off, but I can't figure out how to get to the front two. There are two plastic parts on the hood that "may" cover the bolts but I'm not sure and I'm afraid that pulling them off will break them.

Ideas?

I'm hoping to get and answer on this one as well. I broke mine wile trying to take out the scoop. They broke and are still broke, but it's still attached so I gave up (was going to wrap it in black vinyl).

Turns out that the front attachments points are OK so I'm living with it as is for now.

The two plastic covers under the hood just in front of the scoop indeed do cover the bolts. You'll need to pull those out to expose them.
