R50/53 How to properly aim (adjust) the headlight

I'm wondering if there's a proper procedure to aim (adjust) the headlight?
For example:
Park so many feet away from a wall
Project the light at the wall
Measure the distance between the spot of light from the ground
Adjust accordingly (up/down)
Suggestions please! :smile:
