My passenger set is broken. I've tried the knock it back thin and had mini look at it.

I need a new one. What years mini can I replace it with?

 

02 03 and 04 have a little bit of a different look to them, but I think you still might be able to replace it with those. 05 and 06 are the same i believe. 07+ are new generation so probably not those.

i came across a cooper on autotrader that was in an accident (car was an 06) and had one seat that was an 04 looking one, and the other was the 06.

 

Can you explain more on how "broken" it is? What is exactly wrong with it?

Which production month is your MINI?

 

There are a number of posts where folks fix the seat themselves on NAM. Sometimes I think it was adjustment, sometimes a part broke. You may want to look around for a fix-it post with the same symptoms.
