Went the said they going to take care of something and if they said they going to call you back. JUST FOR GET IT BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPEN.
My next Mini will be at the long beack mini because the service is much batter I hear. :???:

 

I agree, this outfit is terrible. They waste your valuable time. I tried to buy my mini cooper from them because they had best selection, however, the sales guy said we have 4 in my color to choose from, i told him I was going to drive about 1 hour to see them and make offer to buy. When I got there all the cars were in the back not ready to sell. I ended up buying from Escondido dealer over the telephone, no hassels.
