06 won't start after disconnecting/reconnecting battery

Was having an a/c problem and on the advice of the dealer tech I tried what he called a "battery reset" yesterday--disconnected the battery for about 1/2 hour and then reconnected it. It didn't solve the a/c problem but I started the car afterward and it ran fine.

Today I just went out and tried to start the car and it turns over fine but won't start. What happened? Any ideas on a fix?

Thanks.

Can you smell gas?
Did you play around the accelerator before starting it?

Try pressing the accelerator all the way to the floor (don't let go) and crank the engine.
Hard to believe you lost the ecu config....but its possible.

Tried starting it this morning and it fired right up with both keys....shop thinks the immobilizer relay kicked in somehow.....I have no clue, but I hope that's the end of it.
