R50/53 removing passenger side trim

removing passenger side trim

How do you remove the inside passenger side trim? Have ipod adapter that i have hooked up to the cd changer in the trunk want to run the wires down the passenger side but cant figure out how to remove the trim. need help. not talking about the door trim but the trim that is on the floor when you open the door

figured it out but when i was putting the trim back on i broke one of the plastic pins that keeps the trim from falling out anyone know where i can buy new one at.
