Someone tryed to remap a one ecu with the data of a cooper?

[so from 90 - 115 hp ]

was trying out galletto 1260 today and easily reading /writing the ecu.

reading cooper ecu [ 512 kb file ] and swap this with the one ecu.

ecu,s are the same, i checked the insides aswell.

can,t find a lot info about this.

 

if you tried contacting one of the tuners who remap the ECUs?

I think it make no sense to contact a chip tuner in this case as this is there biz,

for 200 euros they remap your ecu thats clear,

when i have the time this weekend i will read the one ecu, and try to remap it with a standard cooper file.

sorry Nick, I misunderstood. I didn't realize you were going to rewrite the ECU yourself. Good luck!

 

We did not get the One here in the states, the cooper is the base model here. So it may be difficult to find sdvice here (most members live in USA). I would try a eurpoean forum maybe.
