2004 has been a bad year so far in the windscreen cleaning department. First, I buy a pair of SilBlades that barely make contact with the windscreen. Now, I can't get any fluid out of the rear wiper. Any suggestions on how to correct this? I've filled every conceivable reservoir with fluid. Is there a separate rear fluid reservoir?
Any help would be appreciated, because I do like to see the cars I'm passing...

The same reservoir is used for the front and rear washers. It's the one on the passenger's side. More than likely you have a clogged nozzle. With the passenger's door open and the key on (engine not running) 'wash' the rear glass and listen for the pump noise as you do. The same pump is used for the front and rear, it reverses direction depending on which end is being 'washed'. If you dont hear the pump, there might be something wrong with the switch or controlling circuitry. If you cant wash either end, it could be the pump as well.

I agree, you should see if the pump's running first.

Where are you and what kind of fluid are you using? Given the temps in some parts of the country right now, it could be frozen.

Thanks for the help. I'm in Detroit (lots of sludge and salt on the roads), and I'm using winter-rated fluid. I can definitely hear the hum of the pump. I don't see any obvious freezing on the rear nozzle, but maybe I'll have a go at it with a stiff brush and see if that might loosen things up.

Be thoughtful my friend, where you put that fluid (this advice from a guy (Tatt) who shall remain anonymous (psst, it was Tatt) who once drained all the ATF fluid from sis in law's truck in a misguided attempt to change the OIL!

Cueing up clean glass theme music ("I can see clearly now, the rain is gone...&quot,
