Haven't heard much from the Oct '03 "Graduates" lately and I was wondering how your MINIs have been holding up during the past 3 months.

My Cooper S has been absolutely fantastic. I currently have 3,300 troublefree miles. Last week I sent back my J.D. Powers survey and I gave my selling dealer and the car a solid 10 on every quality and satisfaction category.

How's everyone else doing?

 

Took delivery Oct. 10th. With less than 3K miles everything is GREAT. Solid, no rattles. Does have yoyo. Changed oil @ 2210 miles to Redline 5w30. So far mods include Alta Intake, Magnaflow, EBC Green brake pads, Euro Shelf, both rubber and carpeted mats. Will get Alta 15% Pulley in March. Momo Shift **** and SS Brake Lines on order. Last will be 22mm rear bar and lighter 16" wheels (probably Kosie but, may end up with Team Dynamics) and Yok ES100s. Would like to get Randy's ECU flash but, will probably wait awhile for that.

I love my MINI. It's got about 4500 miles and maybe a slight yo-yo in second gear but it hasn't bothered me. every once in a while I get a little rattle in the dash or the right speaker vibrates.

on a scale of 1 to 10 i'd give it a 10! I love this car.

One of the only things I've done is get the Whalen **** and the Short shift kit and I got the windows tinted 5% back three and 35% front two. I highly recommend both.

I also love the way Zaino makes it look so shinny and smooth.

I have not even checked the oil for about 2500 miles.

what does suck is all the people I see in MINIs who really don't seem to care, but then again it did take me a while to get the hang of flashing the lights real quick, at first I kept turning on my wipers when I saw another mini.
