I think I remember reading somewhere that a Whalen **** won't work on the Alta Short Shifter? If true, has anyone solved this in order to make it work? And if so, please tell me how. I'm scheduled to have an Alta Shift kit installed next week -- and I want to keep my Whalen ****. Help !!!!

I believe it's true that you can't use the Whalen **** on the Alta... Sorry

NO, it will not fit, there is no slot like on the factory shift lever. The B&M short shift does have the slot and the Whalen will fit perfect. I've got one on my car now.
